1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days

Balearic Islands: 3–7 business days

EU countries: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photographs of the packaging and products

Retain all original packaging
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
Breed All About It cannot be held responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Perishable & Consumable Products (Pet Treats)
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations:

Pet treats and consumable products cannot be returned once dispatched.

We cannot accept returns on opened food items.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
9. Customs & Import Duties (EU Orders)
For EU shipments, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on destination country regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
